Flu Clinic/Immunizations

The Seattle Visiting Nurse Association Flue Clinic is open to children four years of age and older, families, and community members. A signed Patient Consent Form is required for children under 18. Participants should bring their health insurance card; SVNA will bill the insurance plan for the vaccination; there should be no out-of-pocket expense.
